Hotel was fine. Finding the right lift to the right tower was quite confusing, but apart from that ther were no problems. Staff were very helpful.

The situation with the faulty room key was very frustrating, and was a bad start to an otherwise excellent vacation. The hotel staff offered no compensation or explanation for the faulty key issue.

A well (AWD priced) 4 star hotel which is a short 10 baht river boat trip to National Stadium (MBK etc) with nice facillities and pleasant rooms.
Do not incur room charges such as phone etc though,as these are an expensive trap.

Location of this hotel is not so convenient, however it is a great hotel, very clean and appealing to the eye. I would go back.

Overall the stay was quite pleasant, The bath room was small in comparion with the size of the room. Another hassle that we experienced during our stay was that room Key card system was not functioning and we had to call the reception to get someone to open the room door.
