Ein sehr großes, luxeriös eingerichtetes, jedoch unpersönlichers Hotel bestehend aus mehreren Towern. Die Hotelzimmer sind nur über recht großes Laufwege zu erreichen, je nachdem wo man untergebracht wird. Zentral ist die Rezeption im 11. Stock. Es gibt Standard Zimmer die sind furchtbar klein, man kann sich kaum bewegen. Wir sind in die auch gebuchten Superior/Deluxe Zimmer gewechselt, diese sind sehr groß und gut eingerichtet. Prinzipiell ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich und nicht serviceorientiert. Im Frühstückraum im 11. Stock hat man eine herrliche Aussicht. Das Frühstück selbst ist recht hager, die Eier kalt...Im Untergeschoss des Hotels gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für T-Shirts und Jeans.

The facilities are lovely but the front desk staff were not. All the other staff were very friendly. We were made to pay for services we did not use. We were told in the middle of our stay that the hotel was full and unless we paid more money that we would have to leave.

Absolutely dreadful experience with the rudest staff member I have every encountered at any hotel anywhere in the world and we have travelled extensively! Reported this to the Manager and whilst I was trying to express our dismay to the Duty Manager he was still being extremely agressive shouting over the top of his own Manager, and we actually felt threatened and intimidated by his behaviour. We asked for the complaint to be escalated to a senior manager and despite following this up on two occassions at the staff desk we never got the courtesy of a reply from the Manager. For the record all of this was being recorded on their security cameras so they would only need to look at these to understand the gravity of the situation!!

The hotel is good, but way to big to have any charm. Expect some walking. The staff is friendly and helping.

My experience with this hotel was excellent, I will not hesitate to stay again. Fantastic swimming pools and friendly staff.

The hotel was nice and the dtaff friendly but I was surprised at the in-hotel prices for food, drink, etc. They were extortionate in terms of local prices and other hotels Ihave stayed at. 140bt for a Singha beer from the mini bar is ridiculous when there is a 7/11 100m away and you can buy 1 for 30bt.
I stayed in a suite whilst there and was surprised that there was no dvd player in the room. I also stayed at the president park and that was far superior to Prince Palace.

The hotel is very big and you may end up have a slightly long walk, during which you will encounter conference delegates and others, to the breakfast - do not forget your meal vouchers at the room! The size also makes orientation a bit hard and confusing, not only for the guests but also for transports, since there are two different entries to the building.
I do not agree that this hotel is in the middle of commercial and shopping. No matter what we intended to do, everything was a taxi-ride away. However, the deal we got made the stay price worthy.
The breakfast buffet is good, so is the food for room service.
Internet access is ridiculously expensive, and you may not pause your pre-paid time, i.e. once you logged in, the countdown clock is ticking. Find an Internet cafe somewhere else and get better bang for your surfing bucks.
The staff is nice and provide all the service you could ask for.
Summary: if we had to pay the listed standard price, we would not have chosen this hotel. However, the deal through the booking site made it price worthy, despite the hotels somewhat offside location.

We got bigger room we had booked, because there were not such a room left, we had booked.Althoug the room we got, was for smokers, and that was not suitable for us. Room service was bad (forexample we got minibar 1,5 day after we booked in, and to get toalettpaper, it took many hours and many phonecalls.) There were suprisingly few in staff, who could speak well enough english.Aircondition was loud even in small power.
