Hotel location is far from BTS. It is difficult to pick-up taxi night time.
Room is very clean and it has nice view at the upper floor. The loundry machine is installed in the room and it is very convenient.
However, it is not proper sealed in the shower room and the washed water is leaked from the shower room to the toilet.

Nice room, friendly staff but too far away from BTS Skytrain and Sukhumvit.
Nothing goes without taxi ...

Perfect price and location is unbeatable, everything is within walking distance from the hotel. Bus, MRT, taxis were readily available whenever you needed by the hotel.

Good size room. Location a little off BTS station but a short motorcycle ride will be okay.

Good value for money. Walk to BTS a bit long but there is hotel shuttle every half hour

this is the sixth time i have stayed there and i must say i didnt find reception very helpfull this time room was not ready had to sit in the lobby for a hour which wasnt very good after traveling in total 20 hours from the UK also as they had my flight details .I stayed in the rooms accross the road while being a bit cheaper were in a tired condition not like the main building i have stayed in before i could not recomend staying there again after this time

WOULD NOT PUT THIS ACCOMMODATION IN 5 STAR AS ADVERTISED.
BREAKFAST WAS POOR COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS WE HAD STAYED AT IN THAILAND. MY WIFE ASKED FOR A FIVE MINUTE BOILED EGG FOR BREAKFAST WHICH THEY FORGOT ABOUT UNTIL MY WIFE REMINDED THEM, THEY THEN CAME WITH A BOILED EGG WHICH MAY HAVE HAD 5 SECONDS IN COOL WATER.
THE FOOD AT BREAKFAST (BACON) WAS COLD AND NOT VERY WELL PRESENTED.
THERE SEEMS TO BE A SHORTAGE OF TOILET ROLLS IN THIS HOTEL AS WE HAD TO BEG, BORROW OR STEAL A TOILET ROLL WHEN WE RAN OUT WHICH WAS PRETTY REGULAR, I PUT THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM DOWN TO THE BREAKFAST

Hotel staff were helpful but because of the 3rd party screw up, we did not get the rooms requested. In the end it ended up unpleasant as either were unhappy. The air seem extremely unfriendly and the room accorded though an upgrade was unsatisfactory. Otherwise it may have been a good place to stay from what little we saw of the other rooms.
