Reception staff are efficient and courteous. Breakfast is good. Certain rooms are very nice; others are not. Good value for the money.

The Front counter and the housekeeping staffs are very professional. They are attentive, courteous and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

The location is ideal for getting around as transportion is readily available closeby. There is also nearby shopping centres for a good bargin.

A cheap and good hotel. However, their wifi is only available in the lobby and is really bad. Need to improve on their internet service!

Good room facilities, but room quite small for queen size bed. As muslim, I need to pray, if I come with my friend, sure not enough space even if only 2 persons. Overall, the hotel condition was good, basement parking also can say good facility provided by this hotel mgmt. Keep up to give good services for future!
