The 3-bedroom suite we stayed in was HUGE. The litchen was useful for thos amoing us who were hungry and needed hot food.

Service overall was good, except that staff probably overlooked that I needed a parking coupon during my stay there. Also, when I asked for directions to the Federal Highway, they could not advise with clear directions.

The front desk / reservation do not have the understanding on the arrangement between Asia Web and the hotel itself. They are not sure on many things like payment guarantee by Asia Web and further extension of stay seems difficult to arrange based on their understanding. The staff of PNB Darby Park need to be informed / educated on this arrangement.
