The hotel is ok but the arrangement on floor level is poor with no free internet access. This should be reconsider carefully in the future.

Very well maintained and very comfortable room. It has all the basic neccesities a business traveller needed.

Having travelled the world quite extensively, my family and I would rate this property well above average. All our future stays in K.L. will be at this property. My one comment is: Although breakfast had a very generous layout, it lacked a variety of fresh local fruit which is of abundance in Malaysia.

A few years ago, I did an online booking for a Std Bedroom-Deluxe. It happens that on the day of chegk-in the hotel was fully booked and has no available room for me. However, it was a relief when the hotel reservation staff quickly help to resolve the matter and upgraded me to a studio apartment at exec. floor instead at no additional cost. It was indeed very nice and comfortable stay.

The apartment is super HUGE, the facilities provided in the apartment met my expectations as I am travelling with my families. Its walking distance to KLCC makes its easier and amenities around are not bad as well.

Great and efficient service from bellhopman up till housekeeping services.Checking in and out was a breeze.Room unit is of excellent and tip top condition.Kudos to the whole team of PNB Darby Park, KL for making my stay a wonderful and memorable one.BRAVO!!!!!
