this hotel was wonderful. the staff was very helpful! the food at the restaurant was a bit pricey and the wine we bought from the hotel was very bad. but the hotel and the room was great! fabulous location. i would definitely stay here again!

A 5 star hotel services & accomodation provide by the hotel staff. Everyone of us enjoy much for our KL trip compare to our last stay in other 5 star hotel. All staff are prompt & patient. Very polite & helpful.

Nice decor and good housekeeping. The room is spacious. The bad side is whenever I was back from outside, the corridor and room smell of tobacco? I remembered I had requested for non-smoking floor. But somehow I could still smell the ciggy smell.

The lift was not working well on our arrival. However the service staff is friendly and helpful. Lack of a gym room. The spa is good and value for money. Room is spacious but lack of information.

Well, first impression is this hotel is a brand new hotel. i like the smell in the lobby itself. the room is great with good interior design. however, i would said the rates is slightly higher than its should deserved for as there are not many facilities provided by the hotel. even the fish spa is assigned to other company but not managed by the hotel itself. in addition, the breakfast are designed for those youngsters as they didnt provide Buffet breakfast. old folks, especially chinese will more likely prefer buffet breakfast with porridge rather than italian breakfast. in overall, it is good and its location is rather convenience for shoppers.

Good location but service staff not well trained. Polite but one can tell staff are still not up to scratch. Lifts need A LOT of maintenance work. On day of check out both sets of lifts were not working well. We stayed on the 5th floor but we waited for more than 15 mins cos both lifts just did not stop on our floor. It was very frustrating.
Hotel also needs a proper drop off point or driveway. When we arrived, the glass door was not working or closed. It was 2 pm when we arrived. A hotel staff had to manually unlock a switch and open the door for us. Also, it rained on the day we checked out so we were all wet while trying to get inside a taxi.

Overall the stay are satisfactory and present. Due to on going renovation and improvement work at the hotel, there are some short coming that I am sure will be dealed with once the hotel are in full operation mode.
