This stay is not an impressive experience.
1. The restaurant cant be used by children--would appreciate it if this can be informed at the booking. We end of eating room service all the time!
2. House keeping--very poor. Forgot mosquito killer first night and the villa is in the jungle!
3. Put a chocolate on the bed without plastic wrapping, ants were all over my bed.
Definitely not value for money!

Absolutely gorgeous rooms with splendid views. Room service was good and people around were generally helpful and kind. But the hotel could do better with more experience cooks as the food was as not exactly matched in its price.

Extremely private. Spectacular view. The whole experiece is to give you an ultimate Honeymoon experience. If privacy and intimate time with your partner is just what you wanted - definitely go for it. Mild drawbacks - 360 bar has a great view but only fair quality of food. Insects come flying in your villa at night - a bit of a trouble at times.

My wife and I stayed 6 nights at Pavilions for our honeymoon. Pavilions was a wonderful place for an intimate couples stay. From when we arrived to departing we were pampered and treated like royalty. Our only major disappointment was having to leave!
The rooms are excellent, very spacious with great beach views. All areas of the room were private, including the pool. When we arrived we were assigned a personal assistant. Many, our personal assistant, was wonderful. Many resolved any minor issues quickly, and took care of anything we needed, including arranging requests that had nothing to do with the resort.
While Pavilions is not on the beach, they offer an hourly free shuttle service to the water that only takes 10 minutes. Going to the beach and looking at the other resorts at Laguna only helped us to appreciate how much better Pavilions was for our honeymoon. We were away from the noisy crowds, and hundreds of people in the large resorts near the beach. No disrespect to families, however the no children rule at Pavilions was great too!
My wife and I would unreservedly recommend Pavilions to any couple looking for an intimate, unforgetable stay in Phuket.

The staff at the Phuket Pavilion is very switched on. They handle special requests with ease, and even recognized a birthday with a cake without being requested. The hotel itself is not like being in a hotel. Very quiet and peaceful, truly a place to unwind. The American Breakfast served in the suite was excellent.

Would be very ideal if there was a TV set in the bedroom and microwave oven so that we can heat up our breakfast that was sent to the room. Would be good if they can provide bedroom slippers as the floor can be very cold at night.

Cleanliness of the villa can be improved.
Should add more driving direction/signage on the road

All of the staff at this hotel are very friendly and keen to assist you with any problems you may have. The rooms are beautiful and the views of the ocean and sunsets are maginficent. We had a fantastic time at Phuket Pavillions.
