Superior rooms did not have tea & coffee making facilities. No iron in room. No clock in room. Rooms were clean, but beds were very hard. Rooms were very smelly.

Nice hotel everything goes smootly and pools where great. We travel with 2 children and this was perfect hotel for as because of childs pool, play ground, beach is near and hotel locates nice litle corner of karon where is not so much action all to time like patong or some big centers. We like it...

Did not have any basis for staying other than what was presented on the web sight and pictures. Unfortunately it did not show the rustic furniture, the rude personel, and the screaming and whinning children from equally as rude guests. Without a doubt I will not recommend this establishment to anyone and infact I will have them avoid it at all costs. I have never been so bitten by mosquitoes or bed bugs in my life and I have travelled the world quite extensively. Also the manager at the front desk stamped our reservation with a note ( no refunds allowed). This of course should have told me what kind of establishment this was as I have never had this happen before. Without a doubt this group of hotels should be avoided by any one wishing a peacefull and relaxing holiday.

The rooms all have ceramic floors and you have to be careful because when they get wet they are extremely slippery. This is first time that for a hotel at this level I had to pay extra for my in room safe also to checkout 1 hour late I was charged 300BHT Even if the room is vacant. We asked ahead of time if checkout one hour late would be possible.This hotel is definately more money oriented than customer. Anything you would like immediately costs money. For a supposedly better quality hotel this did not impress me much.

The hotel has a very beautifull garden and pool area.We were not pleased with our first room, but we had no problem getting another room. Good service and friendly staff.
Some minor negativ comments: No free safe, we missed the umbrella in room (was needed) and no towel for hand drying in the bathroom.

The first impression of the resort is that it is a lovely, tropical well-kept establishment that has stood the test of time. There is a dignity and secure feeling about a place that is not new but obviously well cared for and upgraded. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, fresh, and displayed beautifully as well as a daily variety of offerings. The most outstanding feature we enjoyed was the layout of the swimming pools. They included some jacuzzi jets along the side, a bar in the center, and little walkway bridges above, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas along the decks. A colorful, clean play room for small children as well as a small play area outside is available which would accommodate the needs of some families. We especially noticed that all the staff were friendly, professional, and available to help.

Location is not convenient as compared to those in Patong area. The location lack shoping & dining facilities. There is no long bath in the room. No newspaper provided for the room so as keep guest informed of the news.

Good value for money, good room facilities although bed very firm, as all hotel beds in Asia appear to be. Great service and facilites. Great pools. Better than Patong beach by far. Great and cheap food at little restaurants opposite beach,
