Generally everthing went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Although rooms booked were triple sharing, no additional beds were offered. Reasons given was that every room already had a double bed and single bed. That being the reason, then I find it strange that my 11 year old kid was required to pay adult price.

It is excellent property with excellent services. The staff is courteous and helpfull. The location is perfect as it is away from the hustle & bustle of Patong which however is just a 10 minute walk away.

Good Location. Close to the beach and good pools. Strongly reccomended this hotel to relax.

Service is slow, have to wait forever to have towels replaced. Jets in the pool are not working
