This is a very good vallue for money hotel. great location and nice rooms, we had seaview. possibel to stay the hole family (4 pers.) in one room. Defenetly the place we will stay next year only a few days longer.

Great hotel in a perfect location. BUT the customer service is BAD. The staff attitude is not what it is supposed to be and is something they really need to improve.

the price 3000,00 baht without breakfast is too excessive to have nothing,no breakfast,no hair drier,no services,the room is not nice enough, the bathroom was horrible. I spent 15 days in Thailand and I went in other structures less expensive with more services and beautiful places just for 1200,00 baht

The exterior of the hotel was lovely. Initial walk into the room was a little disappointing. The mini bar was not filled with the normal amenities and there were no tea coffee making facilities (would be nice) No bathroom amenities topped up they were left overs from the previous guest use. only one roll of toilet paper given - one plus a spare would be good. Towels for the pool were ripped and shabby. Looked like some thing I would use as a rag at home. Towels in general were hard. For other travellers room is basic bring your own towel and amenities, water and snacks

It was great for us. Location was wonderful. We stayed at the beach front villa (the two bedroom). Very spacious. I would recommend it if you want to have fun. It was loud at night due to the proximity to the beach and bars. We loved it but if you want quiet at night, don’t stay on the beach. The other rooms are still close, but with less noise.

Very nice location although it is far from the pier, a good 10 to 15 minute walk....can be a very big pain if you have luggage but the hotel does provide a porter who takes your luggage. The family villas are great...right on the beach with a fantastic view.

The location is quite good, just facing sea. And staff are smily and helpful. However the condition of the bathroom is not quite good. There is no free water in the room like anywhere else. You need to prepare your own water and food a little bit.

The hotel and accomodations were wonderful, staff was extremely helful and accomodating. Everyone there made you feel like you were Queen
