Terribly disappoonted that when we arrived we were told that the pool was under maintenance for the next few weeks and could not be used. We particularly booked this hotel for its location and beautiful pool - we were devasted as this was a very special time for us. We were told that we could swim in the ocean but they forgot to tell us that it was tidal so mud most of the time. We did receive a complimentary dinner, oil massage each and day trip to an island 5 minutes away - really did not make up for not having a pool as there was very little to do on the island so bored out of our brains.

Phi Phi is beautiful and the Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort & Spa is a great resort. The only thing to be noted is that the cost of food and drink is marked up beyond what one would expect to pay in Thailand and was a real shame. Other that that the resort is paradise 5 stars

Loved every minute of our stay, wish it had been longer. The staff were wonderful and couldnt have been more helpful. The Starfish cafe was great for a light lunch and coffee. Loved the swimmming pool and swim up bar. Will be coming back next year for longer.

beautiful place.but everythig was expensive.we had to hire hotel boat to go to the other restaurant or beach or snorkelling.
