Nice hotel, rooms, except the bathroom which do not invite to spend time in it.
Welcoming very smily at the arrival, but then some employees behave very badly. The morning we were 5 minutes late at the breakfast (all the hotels we were in served the breakfast till 10h30, yours was the only one to close at 10h00), and whereas other coming-late customers were served, the employees refused it to us, speaking very badly and laughing between them about the situation.

A little more planning on the Hotels part would have a made our request for adjacent rooms for our children possible.
The hotel is starting to tire and needs some maintainence.
Very slippery around pool, very dangerous
We were charged 500 baht for a broken cup. there is no way it cost this much to replace, they should not profit from such things.
