Do not buy tours from the hotel concierge, they are dishonest and over-charge. If you decide to purchase tours and shows, go to the outside tour companies as you may find prices to be 40% cheaper than the ones hotel offers. There is a KFC and McDonalds close, and will bypass 2 travel agencies on the way.However,
There is a sister-hotel which is a 5 star resort, you can take a hotel shuttle for 150baht to go to the Indigo Pearl 5 Star Hotel, and use their facilities such as pools and fitness centre, this allows you a chance to go to another beach, which is closer to the airport.

Pearl Hotell has an exellent location, very good breakfirst and helpful staff.

Good serice but rooms was not so good. The carpets and condition did not feel as a better hotel.

A lower-middle class hotel that need restoration. The bathtub was cracked.

pleasant centrally located hotel. Convenient for centre of phuket town and staff helpful.
