Nice for families with children and walking distance to beach and shopping and dining areas. Not so perfect for elderly because not som many elevators and a steep hill up to hotel.

Many stairs to some rooms. There was 110 stairs to my room. Missed a elevator.

The hotel with a superior room is OK. I am not sure about the normal prices but during peak season the price compared to the services it was OK, not really really good. The staff is very friendly but can speak english very very bad! Very frustrating especially the lady at the front office downstairs.When we wanted to have breakfast on our first morning our roomnumber was not stated on the breakfast list. When we finished our breakfast we had to stay because they asked us for our name and they were calling to the reception to check if we really were staying in the hotel. This was a little embarrassing to us! We are working at a tour operator in Malaysia and it was a bit dissapointing. Furthermore, the environment and the staff is very very nice. Swimming pools are also nice. We had a pleasant stay but there are things that can be improved. After all this a perfect hotel for a short and cheap stay but not for a longer and luxury holiday.

God hotell with a pro staff. Lokation is exelent.
The standard roms is to far from the pool and bars, to manny stears for a fammily with smal kids (baby trolly)so we hade to uppgrade to delux room.
You must recomend that to other familys in the future. The stay was great.

Very good hotel for families with children. Good restaurant (breakfast) and pool areas. Close to Kata Beach and Kata City. The employees at the hotel did a very good job, even they were a bit unexperienced (we were proberly the first to stay in our room). But the service got better and better during the 11 days we stayed there.
We would like to come and use Peach Blossom again.
