Nice pool villa, lots of shop at only a few minits from the hotel.
2 nice beaches around. Wonderful pool with waterfall.

Staff did not seem to know what they are doing there! The hotel itself was fine but I think the staff could have done more to make it even better!

Good hotell but a very high way up to the hotell. The breakfast was poor no bacon or cheese. The service at the hotell was very good but the personal at the reception was not so good at english. If I go the Kata again I wouldnt stay at this blossom because of the location with the high way up to the hotell.

A modern, well run hotel. Food and facilities excellent with good housekeeeping services. Maybe towels left on sunloungers should be removed after an hour of none use. The only downside was the hill up to the hotel. Although we were aware of a hill from the details, nothing prepared us for the steepness of such. There were curtesy buggies, but these were based at the hotel doors at the top of the hill, with none based at the bottom, so on return were waiting until someone came down to get a ride back up. We were asked if we would be prepared to move hotels for 2 days during the second week as there was overbooking, but no pressure was put on us when we declined.

Very nice, newly opened resort hotel. Bell boys constantly insistenence for a tip and there was always 2 of them. Major drawback is the 80mtr steep walk uphill to get to the hotel. Really think they should provide FREE shuttle service up/down hill.

strange smell in lobby and hotel...possibly rancid fountain water. untrained staff not familiar with aspects of costumer service...something missing. Can easily hear neighbors activities and conversations. Bathtub stopper broken, poor lighting, toilet broken. Sand in bed almost everyday. Balcony dirty. Pillow large and stiff and uncomfortable.

For people wanting to stay in a quite area, this hotel is great. Easy access to both Kata and Karon beach with a nice view. The hills leading to the hotel is rather steep, but they have a shuttle bus service to the beaches.

The hotel is brand new, located close to the beach and to the shops, but quiet. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms sting, possibly becaused it is still a new building. The smell was unbearable, coming from the sewage. It was not really value for money

The hotel just opened in November. Room were dirty and not ready..It seems that they needed to rush to open the hotel in time.
