We stayed in the Club Rooms which offered an excellent standard of accomodation. I would describe this as one of our most pleasant stays in a hotel. The only criticism I have of the hotel is the lack of sunbaking space around the pool area where one can actually lay in the sunshine although there are substantial chairs available in the shaded areas.

Hotel staff was responsive, rooms were nice, clean, and well kept.
Only problem we had was booking a tour with an independent operator in the hotel lobby - we were mis-informed on some key points of the tour. Hotel made amends to us and gave us a great meal.

This is the first time we visited thailand and choose this hotel because of the other reviews. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, all the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are excellent, spacious and clean. Breakfast was a real experience and there was plently of choice. The location of the hotel was good right in the middle of beach road and near to everything. I would recommend the Irish Bar over the road, the staff are excellent and the food great value for money. Would stay there again.
