as ive said ive stayed at patong villa on many occasions and in the past i have been very happy to return, but now the hotel has lost its appeal, all the hotel is concerned about is taking your money, the staff were fine but the general atmosphere was about taking money rather than making sure the guests had a good time, i understand its peak season so the prices have to go up but thats no excuse to rip people off, the reason people stay at the hotel is value for money but now it has lost that value, i have moved to another hotel that is much nicer and less than half the price and only 2 more mins away from the beech and night life

This Hotel is in a great location. Easy access to the Beach and the Patong nightlife but tucked away enough so that you can get a good nights rest.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were a really good size with kingsize bed, tv and safety deposit box, everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located very near to phukets lively nightlife of bangla road so this was a real bonus. However, was quite noisy up until 6am due it being so close. The pool area was lovely, really well kept and clean. The pool was a good size and also very clean. The breakfast was very basic however we found that this was what to be expected in Thailand. Hotel bar food was really nice and cheap. The only downside was the hassle from market sellers as you enter and leave the hotel. We would definately stay here again, and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a lively holiday, and wanting cleap very clean accomodation.

I dont think i will stay at this hotel again..bad smell from the air condition...the location was not so good too...too many salesmen outside.....
