I was a regular customer of this hotel in the past but the service extremely changed, for my part this will be " never again" because complete absence of service.

I believe that this is the worst hotel and and pure waste of money. The services were poor and the staff were bery rude. There was a clearly racial and color discrimination by the staff of the hotel. The staff would pretend to not understand what your are speaking in order Not to assist you. BAd experiece and BAD choice of hotel. Food for breakfast was appaulling and cockroaches in the room.

The hotel itself is OK, but unfortunately night rest was distroyed by other hotel guests rumbling around, banging on doors, screaming, etc (first wing)

Rooms in main building needs a "facelift" as new carpets and wallpaper, location with near access to beach, bangla road and new shopping mall is very good.
