The hotel was on for me. I don`t used the room so much becauce I play a lot of golf every day. The bad was that I have red spot to mornings in my body. I find some small black animals in my bed an need to change room to times.

I particularly like the breakfast area. However, for a resort, it will be nice to coffee and tea making facilities to relax. The mini bar is complete but as usual, costly. The location of the resort is good, near to convenient store and Patong seafood park and walking distance to the beach. A place that is quite yet to relax yet walking distance to the happenings. For those who are staying in resort, it may be worthwhile walking down to Jungceylon, a big shopping mall where restaurants are plentiful and pricing is very reasonable. Carrefour is also located in the building. Otherwise, may consider taking a bus to the Phuket town, bus shop to board located along the beach and bus stop to alight just in front of the hotel. Shopping in the Phuket town can be 20 to 25% cheaper than in Patong.

I am not a smoker and got a smokers room, which I don´t like. I haved to change rooms after the first night, caused by the hotel, and I accepted that since I wasn´t satisfied with the first room. The second room smelled bad and had mould in the joints between the tile in the bathroom. I am not satisfied with this hotel. Moved to just opened "Jan & Kan Sea hotel" 50 meters away on 5/33 Aroonsom Square, Haad Patong Road, totally fresh and 500 Bath cheaper...Get that one into Latestays!

Very good resort for family, we enjoyed cleanliness, room service and value for money too. The location is bit away from main area however enough things inside hotel to relax and enjoy.

Nice clean hotel in good location off the beach. Took other reviews advice and booked an inside pool access room which I also recommend. This hotel is not a resort but I knew this up front. Overall it is a nice, little, inexpensive hotel that is worth the money. Room was a little small but adequate. Only complaint was no hot water, just warm enough not to be too cold.
