The Paragon was exceptional. Located directly across from the beach. Very scenic views and excellent pool.

no baby sitting facilities,no play ground for children, most rooms only have pool view,MOST DO NOT HAVE SEAVIEWS,limited menu and overprice, boring breakfast,late check up at 2pm only. Not recommended for families.No shuttle bus to patong shops or department stores in phuket. NO IRON OR DVD SUPPLIED OR FOR RENT WHICH IS A BIG INCONVENIENCE.The only good thing about this hotel is the clean and big rooms[bed very Hard] and friendly staff.

We loved Patong and we loved Paragon Hotel. The hotel is new & the room excellent. The room was on the top floor and faced in towards the swimming pool. It created the privacy we were hopng for. We watched the Loy Kratong balloons floating away from our balcony.

The hotel was much to our surprise. The rooms are like first class, clean, spacious, very close to the beach. I recommend this hotel to those who are intending to relax or have their honeymoon etc..

a/c unit was not working. had to call them many times to repair it. they even had to come at 3am to repair it. They couldnt even say a simple word like "SORRY for the inconvenience" insted they just smiled. There were so many vacant rooms, they couldnt even change my room for me...besides that i even wanted to extend my stay and they said that if i wanted the same rate, i needed to book online...honestly im quite unhappy with the attitude of the hotel staff after paying so much for the hotel when i could get somewhere else much cheaper!!! pls advise me..
