the staff refused to call a taxi for us on depature, told us to walk to the main road to find a cab, its quite a long walk with luggage. this did tarnish our wiew of the hotel, i know the hotel is cheap but i consider this a basic service

Good for long stay cause the location is really out of crowded area i.e patong beach, very good facilities for the low prices given.

shuttle service was not every hour as stated and no return service provided,
the hotel is a 30 minute walk from the center and not 10 minutes as stated in the internet description.

the staff at this hotel were fantastic and very helpful. My only wish is that the would be food available through the night. I understand that this may not be possible as the hotel may not have enough staff or people to create the demand needed. Overall had a great time at this place

It should be mentioned before booking that the hotel charges an extra fee of 500 Baht per night for joiners.
