Amazing location - but needs tidying up of beach side of property - get rid of the ugly green netting and create a proper wall/barrier.

For the price (approx $200/night) for a suite, was expecting a little more of a luxurious experience. It was a decent enough hotel -- one of the very few hotel locations on the beach in Patong. Bathroom was dated looking.

room was not quied, i think next to a cleaning room. air con to noise for sleeping. at least we had to pay for a beer from the mini bar we never have take something. the woman at the reception (m. kanetta) say, that we have to pay this 80 baht. really bad service from this women i never seen before...

Reception got our reservation wrong.We booked a Double room but got 2 single beds.Not good when you are on your honeymoon.Also we called roomservice looking for a bucket of ice and was told to go too Seven Eleven shop.I see customer service is widely practised here.Well done to the manager of this hotel.

Hotel has great location and right on the beach (not acrossd the hard to cross street like the others. Very clean pool and facilities. Good security. Surveillance cameras around the property. Restaurant right on the beach as well as some of the suites. On thing, they have to upgrade their bathrooms. My opinion, take out the tub and put in marble and glass showers. Who wants to take a hot bath after coming in from all that heat. Cool showers are the way!

During my stay, the restaurant and the bar on the beach side was under constraction. it was extremly noisy. in internet the said, the constration was finished bei end of october.
there was not possible to get e second towel for the beach. no even for paying.
because of paying the whole amount in advanced, i had no chance too get any money back because of the noisy time and the missing of the beach-restaurant and bar.
