Lobby is new and modern looking. Room looks dated, need renovation. Good services by hotel staff. Good location with shopping centre (MBK) right next to hotel. Travelling around is easy with BTS or cab.

Friendly staff upon check-in, the lobby gives modern impression, the breakfast is satisfying. However, we were disappointed with the guest room and its bathroom which show signs of ages. We wish that the room has been renovated.

We found this hotel to be superb. As it adjoins the MBK shopping complex it was very convenient. It was also close to the skytrain and other shopping centres. The Executive suite that we had was excellent and the use of the Club Lounge and facilities was a benefit that was worth upgrading for. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. This will now be the only hotel in Bangkok that we would use.

A very modern, clean, high-end hotel. 4 star hotel for 3 star prices. Great location for shopping. Very nice pool for serious lap swimmers. Great gym and spa facilities. Very yummy Korean restaurant.
