Hotel location was very good, walking distance to markets, food places etc. Size of the room was very good, one room with bath & shower. Booked a room on a non smoking floor away from the mosque area which I would recommend. Taxi from the airport was RM60 and would recommend using the public transport buses to and from Georgetown once at the hotel, RM2 each way. The system is easy to use and if in doubt the buses drivers willl always tell you. We ate out every night, cheap, tasty and filling. We have stayed at the Rasa Sayang before in penany and price wise the Parkroyal did not disappoint. The buffet breafast again was very good. This is our 4th time to Penang in 19 years and the 1st stay at the Parkroyal. Our experience was favourable. The pool, hotel and areas were always clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was friendley, trying to make your stay enjoyaple. Our family ranked the Hotel as the best during our stay in Malasia (we stayed in 4 hotels)

it was nice stay..when i first came in the lobby i was shocked ...it was below my expectation!No luxury at all!
even the room...nothing special...later..i found out that the service are wonderfull and the facilities are amazing..even the location...
it was really nice hotel and comfortable place to live!

very nice hotel, great location and staff very friendly and helpful. Food a little expensive in hotel but you can eat out cheaply near by if you want too. Would definately go back to same hotel.

The breakfast buffet at Parkroyal is always very nice...this is also a reason to come back to this hotel. I have yet to find such beautiful spread else where. This review includes the services during buffet breakfast.....excellent

That was the first time me and my wife stay in this hotel....I have stay there befor, when i was single, the hotel have change alot since than...for my wife it was her first time...she was so impress with the condition and every thing...untill my baby jump in the room!!! hahaha... 10 star to the hotel.. thanx Parkroyal!! you complete our hollyday! We really enjoyed our short stay. The staff were terrific with the children, the pool and (particularly) the slide were fun. The food was very good indeed. Excellent value for money. We will stay there again.
