The 6th floor bar areas for Orchard club guest have good setting. The swimming pool lighting at night should be brighter.

The second time I stayed, the room was not as upmarket as the first time. Also, the porter service was slow and I took my own bags to the Reservation Desk and then also to the taxi - there was no offer to take my bags. I found the first experience 2 weeks prior a much better one than the second. On the whole though, the food, spa treatment, location, could not be faulted.

Check in was fast, room was very clean. I requested for high floor with large bed and the hotel obliged and put me on 18th floor with King size bed. The hotel has very good facilities and location is excellent.

1) Requested for Twin bedded rooms but was given King Bed. Had to go down to Front Desk to obtain a change of room though a call was given from the room. 2) Safe deposit box of room is not working 3) Request for 2 portion of ice to be delivered but only received 1 portion 4) Deposit was paid via website but hotel charged full upon check out. 5) Had rubbish to be thrown and left on the floor. Housekeeping did not clean up properly and left the rubbish there all the way.

This hotel is good except that they forget to give me the swtich card for me to turn on the light. At first they said they will send a room service to pass me the card, but after 5-10 mins in the dark room, i decided to went to the lobby to pick up the card myself. :(

We were quite surprised when were given a smaller than average room. The sink acts as a divider between bed and the shower/toilet. Could this be the fact that bookings made online gets smaller rooms due to cheaper rates? Upon arrival the toilet was blocked which was only fixed the next day after several call/complaints to the front desk and cleaner. The safe was also malfuntioning and also made several complaints to the front desk. No nobody ever turned up to fix it and i gave up complaining

My hubby and I really enjoyed our stay at Parkroyal KL. Located in Bukit Bintang, the hotel provided easy access to shopping malls, eateries and leisure venues. The hotel staff were accommodating and willing to assist. The room complimented by the lighting provided a cosy and relaxed ambience. The RFID keypass technology was a plus! Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.
