The overall environment and room were satisfactory, but the customer service was not friendly enough. There were not sufficient personnel at the front desk and the speed of service was slow.

Hotel nice and comfy however car park is very limited unless one park at the open field belonging to the hotel 200metres away. Reception and breakfast outlet could be more courteous and friendly and their check out time of 11am is a bit ridiculous. Requesting for extended check out time can be not enjoyable and spoiling the vacation eventhough they have lots of rooms available(judging from the lighted rooms at night.

The location is just nice to travel to town & Batu Feringgi also not forgeting Gurney Drive. Easy to find food to eat and delicious too.

OK, but NOT a 4 star, clean, but cracked tiles in the bathroom, curtains worn, and old aircon units. Think 2.5 star, and therefore not worth the money.

insufficient parking space. Although alternative parking space is provided, it is inconvenient for old people and handicapped person as they have to walk quite a distance to the parking lot and back to the hotel.

the room is clean and spacious,worth the money.the dinner especially at Gaya restaurant was memorable...will come back again..
