It was a good experience as far as hotel itself is concerned, however, we were a little disappointed with the Mines Theme Park, as it opens only in the evening from 6-11 p.m and not much to do there either. Apart from the Theme Park the shopping mall was quite nice specially the boat ride inside the shopping mall. Would recommend the Hotel as it was value for money as well as Balcomy in every room.

hotel was quite nice but i have to wait for 30 mins to get my room and during check out we nearly paid for the deposit that had already been charged to our credit card and i myself have to explained to the cashier how to go about the charges.
