the hotel wants to be a high class hotel, but it is not. Rooms not proper cleaned, 1 bath light from the first moment not working, bath tube oil not filled up, A/C leaking water on the floor

the Pakasai Resort, Krabi is in a beautiful locationand is well set out in a tranquill forrest setting. the facilities and the staff make this a first class resort.

With the soft open promotion, it was indeed really good value and highly recommended. Love the pool, which is large and clean. Rooms are large, clean and complete with all amenities and even DVD player. Service provided by all the staff is above expectation with lovely smiles to make your day.
Hotel is just 5 mins walk to Ao Nang beach, yet not in the bustle of the main street. Many eating places, restaurants or hawker within 2 mins walk.

Everything went well , since reservation to the stay .

Lots of stairs to get to rooms, but not a problem if physically fit. Rooms smell a bit moldy but are large and clean, except for a little mold in the shower. Breakfast was good. A good choice for the price we paid.

Do not stay at hotel if you are in the least unable to climb numerous stairs to rooms, and hotel is still not finished with additional rooms still being built and constant noise from 6am thru to 10pm daily.
