The only thing that bothered me was that AC was a bit noisy in the night time. Otherwise very nice. No bugs inside the room eventhough the courtyard was full of them.
Also they could speed up the internet connection, it was frustratingly slow.

Hieno paikka hyvällä sijainnilla. Rannalle matkaa n. 500m. Allasalue mukavan rauhallinen. Suosittelen kaikille. Meillä oli deluxe huone missä oli tilaa reilusti. Jos haluaa pool access huoneen niin kannattaa ottaa se alueen pääty rakennuksesta.

The reception told us that the Room Service stop at 11pm. But when i call for the room service, they told us the kitchen and the chef has gone home. But it was 10.20pm.

large but beautifully landcsaped site, cut out of the "jungle" but really fitting in and with a really "rural" natural feel. Does not feel overcrowded. Room is large, well designed and although in a tiny block completely private and unoverlooked. Sinig facilities are good, staff friendly.

Very good location. Love the rooms as we have booked adora rooms for 3 nites, we managed to changed 2 type of different adora rooms. Both adora rooms gave us 2 completely different feel. As this is our honeymoon, we feel that the hotel is good value for money. Spa is good too with 50% discount. Will come back for next annivesary.

Our room was right up the back up numerous steps but the view was worth it when we got there. The room would only be suitable for reasonably fit people. We enjoyed our stay but found the staff of the front desk not too helpful. We decided to stay another night and arranged it with the morning staff, hen the next day when we arrived back to our room late in the day, it had not been cleaned. We then received a terse phone call from reception asking if we were checking out that day. I told them we had arranged another night and they said they had no record of it. I then explained our room was not clean, and when told it would not be cleaned, asked for some form of compensation. None was offered or an apology. When I paid the extra night the lady serving me was very unfriendly. For ths reason I would not stay there again as we paid more for the extra night and did not receive anything for it, no clean room, no clean towels or linen, no bottles of water or toiletries and was not even offered an apology.
