Great hotel with lovely staff and rooms. A very nice pool area at the roof. The only thing that was not as good as the rest was the distance to the beach (15 minutes walk).

Wonderful hotel with excellent service and very nice swimming pool on the roof. Distance to the beach (2 km) is maybe the only small disadvantage.

My experience started the time,I made booking online..I was little bit upset before going to phuket,since I was not able to get hotel booking online.It really test your patience when you give all the detail online and after one day, you come to know that rooms are not available.
This was not the case with "Pacific Club Spa Resort".I got instant confirmation.
Room interior was good with sea beach view from my balcony.Hotel is well maintained with show plants at every corner of hotel.
Food served in hotel is very tasty and delicious.
Staff service was very prompt and good.
They help me to choose the good package to visit few Island in Phuket
Overall,I enjoyed my trip to Phuket with no hassles.

Our stay was very enjoyable, the rooms were very spacious the staff very friendly and helpful, the restaurant served a variety of delicious foods, the roof top pool was excellent, the beach was close enough for a little exercise, which made the noise level very low. I was highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to Phuket - if you demand friendly staff, cleanliness, fine foods, quietness, all this for a very low price -then Pacific Club is for you. Oh, the Spa was wonderful, and most of all, the Herbal Sauna was amazing. Thank you everyone at Pacific Club Resort and specially Eric for taking the time to speak and listen to me!!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The accomodation and facilities at the Hotel are fantastic. The staff could not do enough for you and if we needed any assistance it was given straight away. The breakfast was really good. We ate in the Hotel on New Years Eve and the food was fab. We joined other guests on the roof-top pool at Midnight and enjoyed the fireworks around the surrounding area bringing in the New Year.
The Hotel may not be right on the beach but the walk back up to the Hotel is no problem, other reviews had said about dogs around the hotel, yes there are some but they never bothered us and we just ignored them.
All in all this is a first rate hotel, with first rate staff. If we ever go to Phuket again we would defintely stay at this Hotel without a doubt.

We like the fact that the hotel is small, hence makes you feel at home. Rooms are spacious. Staff will do everything to help. Pool on the 5th floor offers great views. Hotel located 10-15 min walk to the beach. Some open sewer on the way and garbage site which after 2-3 days can be smelly. Hotel has a own taxi-van which is great to go for long distance. Staff will also call taxis for you when you want to go out. (No taxi on stand-by) . Overall good value for money. If this hotel would be closer to the beach, they could charge a lot more money for sure.

The staff was very friendly and they responded very quickly through email about adding an additional night. I stayed in a beautiful room. I met a lot of nice people there.
