Be careful and check your room thoroughly before paying. The toilet did not flush and there were bed bugs!

The altitude of the workers are very bad. When the lift is in services, another worker is using another lift, the worker ask us to use staircase, we live in 12th floor, really bad altitude.

the location is convient to catch bus, to Komtar, to Batu F beach, to little India, etc. But the quilt is not clean, I can see some hair on it. Also there is no tv remote, no internet access in the room or in the whole hotel. The air condition is too strong for us, the way to how to turn off the air condition is surprising.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. They are ever ready to respond and give clear directions to the place of interest and the good food in Penang.

very good value for money, friendly , helpful staff. Hotel a bit run down, but rooms clean, good location and the air con was very quiet and worked well.
It can get a bit noisy outside, and the soundproofing is practically nonexistent.
