fantastic hotel! shuttle bus is waiting for u (however we were not aware of this! was a nice suprise) everyone is so friendly.. its mind blowingly beautiful! shuttle bus straight back to ur departing gate next morning. FANTASTIC

Far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and immaculate. The spa was one of the most beautiful and tranquil I have ever visited, and my Thai massage was the best I have ever had.

The tunnel to the hotel is not open. You can walk out any of the front doors to the airport on the lowest level, walk through the airport parking garage and find the hotel located just the other side of the airport parking garage. It is a five to ten minute walk. They also have a shuttle bus every 10 minutes that you can catch just outside arrival.

We had an excellent och relaxing stay at Novotel the last day we stayed in Thailand before going home to Scandinavia. Room service was very good and also the breakfast. The kingsize bed were huge och we think the hotel should more clearly inform about that when guests - like us - bring one child. No extra bed was necessary!

It was wonderfull to walk into the hotel and being welcomed by a professional team. They took care of my luggage ( a lot) and me! A real pleasure and a very nice experience. The hotel is beautifull and the breakfast was excellent. It is a place where you can relax and enjoy luxury after weeks of travelling. A Heaven!
