Awful air conditioning. Rude reception staff argued with us that we had twisted the top of an Evian bottle but not drank it from the mini bar so we had to pay for it. Ridiculous - who would pay $200 for a room and then try to cheat on a $2 bottle of water. Our worst hotel personnel experience in Thailand.

I was expecting the hotel to be in the airport - like the airport hotel in Dubai. I was disappointed that I need to take a van to get the hotel.

The hotel was wonderful, clean, service was great, room was nicely decorated and clean. Food was good and spa was wonderful. They should have this kind of hotel in Bangkok. Bed was nice and comfortable.
