I looked for a walkway across to the hotel though could not find one. Eventually directed to the hotel courtesy bus stop just outside the airport building. The bus collects every 15 minutes.

Very comfortable and convenient for anyone with a stayover between flights, excellent beds, quiet, and good service.

Brilliant hotel, very refreshing to find. Only problem perhaps is the lack of western food in restraunts, Drinks a little expensive.

When we arrived at the airport, the hotel representative escourted to us to the shuttle van smoothly and we did not experience any inconvenience. That was very efficient service for us. At the reception, everything was organized and the stafff was well-trained.
We could do early check in as we requested. That made us very happy because we were exhausted from the long flight.

EXCELLENT HOTEL BUT!!!!! EXTRA SECURITY AND POLICE IN THEIR DROVES [VISITING DIGNATORIES] MADE IT SO UNCOMFORTABLE THAT ONE WAS NOT ABLE TO RELAX. I HAVE VISITED THIS HOTEL ON PREVIOUS OCCASSIONS AND ALWAYS THE FOYA, BASEMENT CARPARK, RESIDENTIAL CORRIDORS AND GROUNDS WERE FULL OF SPECIAL BRANCH PERSONEL. IF YOU HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED IT, LET ME TELL YOU, IT IS HORRENDOUS. RESTAURANTS HUGELY EXPENSIVE. NICE POOL AREA.

The Hotel was a dream come true after stepping off a 10 hours flight. Wonderful facilities and service, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, with a big plus for the pool design. Our room was spacious, a huge bed; we ate Thai in the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. In the background a jazz singer and band played in a bar across the way; the huge inner court being lit up very atmospherically. Great overnight stay and rest while changing flights. Just wish it has been a week.

Awful air conditioning. Rude reception staff argued with us that we had twisted the top of an Evian bottle but not drank it from the mini bar so we had to pay for it. Ridiculous - who would pay $200 for a room and then try to cheat on a $2 bottle of water. Our worst hotel personnel experience in Thailand.
