Location is first class for this hotel. The asking rate is reflective of the location more so than the quality of the room. Rooms look a little jaded and there were little cockroaches in the room which was a little shocking.

Very nice hotel in excellent location, very close to BTS and Siam Paragon Centre. Very nice club in the basement!

friendly welcome,but singer at lubby were not that good,to welcome guest at ur room is big problem,why not like other hotels ?

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Siam. Room is clean and spacious. Location is very good. Its only 5 mins walk to Siam Square and 15 mins walk to MBK. There is a BTS station within walking distance.

This is a pricey hotel for BKK, where you are paying for the location -- which is excellent. The amenities, room and services are good. If you are going to BKK for shopping, then this will be one of the top 3 choices given its location to SIAM Paragon and the world trade center.

Be careful, you get used towels at the pool !!
we had also a horrible smell in our fridge and couldn´t use it for 4 days !
