Good Hotel at an excellent location. Easy walking distance to beaches and to restaurants in Patong Beach and shopping. Good staff, all speak english and freindly. Effectively a value for money option given the quality of the hotel and services offered coupled with the location.

hotel staff is very professional and organixed. best view of patong, phuket and the sea. was really impressed by the resort beauty and the way everthing was organixed. rooms are very aesthitically designed.
was really impressed when they gave me a free upgrade with a sea view

I had a good time in Phuket and Novotel. Unfortunately I forgot some clothes in the room and contacted the Hotel. They confirmed that they have my clothes and would check the cost to send it to my address. Even after 2 reminder, I got no feedback anymore. This is disappointing.

disappointing, brand name and website made us chose hotel. wanted to leave after 2 days but were not allow to cancel reservation and receive any from of reimbursement. we ended up booking another room at another resort and stayed there for several days, still paying for our novotel at the same time.

The hotel has gone down hill in service from the last time I stayed here 4 years ago. Staff very rude, expect tip for everything, not professional at all. I will not stay here ever again. This location gives a bad name for the Novotel branding.
