Overall we would give the hotel 6 out of 10 for location and service. Rooms look well on the web but when you get there you then realise how old and dated the place is especially the bathroom which was tiny and the funny thing the only window in this bathroom opens into the bedroom (We had a deluxe suit).
The most anoying park of our stay was they advertise Wi-Fi and as we are still in business we need our computer with us at all times which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel only to find we had to pay in the region of €5 a day for the privilige and had to work in the hotel reception area to receive a signal. They also advertise a business section, two computers within a total area measuring 1.5mt by 2mt, what a joke.

The hotel and its staff were fantastic. The food was delicious, activities were fun. Everything you needed or required for a great holiday was always on hand. Tour bookings were also made by the hotel staff which made it easier to choose which sightseeing tours to do.

Room was okay but bad A/C... smelled of mold... Mosquitoes in my room with knats too... Not many, but I was bitten a few times...

Hotel is very tired and in need of renovation. staff were appalling - poor english, no knowledge of their own services or surrounding area. My request for local area jogging map was met with the suggestion I jog up and down the driveway....

Delightful location and fabulous oceans views, Staff are delightful, pool and food lovely. A steep climg to the rooms but that was good to work off the calories!!
