Disappointed as all services were very much higher price to the extreme than what I can purchase outside. Disappointed that they charged my credit card for entire price before arrival (I should have looked closer at the very fine print). Huge cockroaches in room.

I was truely shocked at the terrible service. I have been to Thailand and Phuket before and could not believe the total lack of service and rudeness of the staff. I stayed here for 2 weeks and found the bell staff to be amazing as well as the cleaning staff. The restaurant staff were pleasant but the pool side service was horrendous and would only come by once an hour. The administration/front desk staff were incompetant and rude even hanging up on me when I was trying to voice my concerns. I was quite disappointed with my stay However the hotel is absolutely stunning

Although not in the centre of Patong Beach the Novotel is only a short walk to the markets and restaurants. The service is good as are the facilities. Not a hotel I would recommend for the elderly or invalid because of all the stairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Novotel Phuket. Our room was facing the sea, and was very private and quiet. The hotel was very close to the main shopping street in Phuket. Restaurant food and service was excellent.
