I was impressed by their quality of services.
All the staff was really nice with excellent service, which was amazing thing at hotels in Bangkok in this price range.
I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Good location approximately 5 minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS Station and Emporium shopping center. It is also across the street from the norwegian embassy in the UBC II building. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I will most certainly stay at the Novotel Lotus again.
