The Lotus is a great location, with easy access to the BTS, taxis etc. I have stayed in other places where the staff are friendlier, but this is still a good hotel.

This is a superior hotel, excellent, attractive rooms and bath. The continual van service to the terminal is very fine--prompt, courteous, and complete.

Location close to BTS and MRT. Markets and shopping within walking distance. Helpful and courteous staff. Will book again next time our travel plans include Bangkok.

Was pleasently suprised! Very friendly people. It was nice to retreat back to this oasis after a busy day in Bangkok

the staff is really nice, very helpful. the hotel entrance looks like a french palace. the rooms are clean, the bathroom too. i recommend this hotel.
