Nice hotel in the middle of KL. Good base to explore the city and cool down at the cool after a day in the heat of KL

Only bad experience was when they closed the hotel entrance even to guest after the new years eve celebration. Had to use the side entrance even though I told them I was hotel guest. Their excuse was the New Year revellers tried to enter the hotel.....

Excellent location with very clean, comfortable and well-equipped rooms. However, there were lots of niggling problems. The lifts were inadequate and very slow for a large 4 star hotel. In the middle of the night, I was woken up by dripping and discovered a large puddle forming on the ceiling due to a problem with the air-conditioning unit. I had to call maintance at 3.30 am to fix it. The hotel lacked the charm and friendly personal service I have enjoyed at other Kl hotels. At this price there are many better alternatives.

Staff is completely arrogant and rude. They dont care to attend u and ur phone.
Even money for internet access is asked, so stupid. This was my first and last stay in this hotel and I have horrible experience.

great value for money, especially when they have special offers. good service, nice staff and room. everything you would expect from such a big name hotel, you get.
