A well furnished hotel complete with the necassary amenities. Staffing is good. Services efficient. Good location. Compliments to the service providers esp housekeeping, bellmen and reception.

Hotel was as great, would recommend it to other travelers. Close to major shopping centers and transport facilities.

for 230 Ringit a very good hotel. Seems like everything is new. Good buffet breakfast and complimentery newspaper. Just a few steps away from monorail station raya chulan. Can recomend this hotel to everyone.

The room was smaller than expected and, there was only a writing desk chair to sit on. No separate and comfortable seat available. The carpet, outside the bathroom, was damp the whole time we were there. Even with the aircon running during our stay, it remained wet throughout. This is disappointing!

The only comments I had was that at the time of booking the hotel, I thought that the price quoted was with breakfast but when we check in, we were told the room rate was not inclusive of breakfast and also we felt that the hotel should not called and informed us that we have to check out by twelve noon.

The location is exllent for shopping and eating. Facilities is good and you can access free wireless internet in your room, however, the bed sheet may be the reason of itching our back and shoulder.

Good business hotel though every time I stay there, there will be something that will not be functioning properly in the room for e.g. toilet flush, faulty lamps etc etc
