The wonderful thing i like to share all others is the Hosptalitiy for the stuff and the right guidance through all the countery and help uou to deside the right destination for Shopping Malls , it is really great location near for too much malls and have great views and all the famous towers , it was excellent time to stay at Novotel Hotel

request for double single bed and was carried out.
generally clean and comfortable
but had to wait for about 15mins for hotel staff to get us the complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste

fantastic staff , best ever had anywhere always greeting you smiling and friendly. Great location across road from Pavilion shopping mall and close to monorail, KLCC and Petronas towers.

the reception staff were not freindly, and some times they are not honest. some of the towels were dirty (I have discoverd them more than once). the mini bar (freg.) was hot/broken, I had to report it more than 3 times to be fixed/replaced! but I have to say that the hotel location is excellent.

Overall this hotel is consider OK but room size is a little bit small. i recommend all type of room should post whole room overview on the Novatel website

A well furnished hotel complete with the necassary amenities. Staffing is good. Services efficient. Good location. Compliments to the service providers esp housekeeping, bellmen and reception.

for 230 Ringit a very good hotel. Seems like everything is new. Good buffet breakfast and complimentery newspaper. Just a few steps away from monorail station raya chulan. Can recomend this hotel to everyone.
