Two of us 57 and 62Y old. Our stay at Nirwana was very relaxing. A couple of minor problems with the room fridge and airconditioning but they were immediately attended to so I suppose that indicates their concern and professionalism so we have no real complaints. No need to change to Indonesian currency because all the bills are dual currency ie either Indonesian or Singapore. Food was fine, pool great (careful of sunburn even with cloud cover). It is not a standout venue (3-3.5star) but good value for money and offers what we expected. 4 restaurants ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 star. Staff were all happy and pleasant always willing to please. We would stay again.
