The hotel was nice and big rooms with exellent interiors. We were very satisfied with the hotel but not with the staff, they were rud and not helpful at all, for example, we arrived with a lot of luggage and small baby, they sent us to the third floor, no help with luggage and no elevator, we complained and after 10 minutes they gave us a room at first floor but looking like we was very very anoying and after that they treating us like air.
