I like your staff very much, esp Cafe staff (lynn and an Urdu speaking gentleman, always smiling). Your short receptionist (Wardah?) is very helpful

1. Foreign workers need to be more fluent in Malay or English
2. Parking space is limited
3. housekeeping service- need to ensure electrical appliances are safe to use (the iron that I used had its wires exposed)

The hotel is worth the price. The location was not far away. The mattress and linen might need an upgrade. The extra bed is not worth it. Breakfast was decent not much variety.

I booked 2 rooms and 1 of the room had a malfunctioned a/c. My kids had to switched to other room. Unfortunately the new room had a malfunctions toilet. I think the hotel maintenance quality has to improve asap. Also to me the hotel people is not friendly and profesional ex: I got better service when I travel to oversees.

I found the rooms to be very nice. Hotel staff was always very helpful. Breakfast buffet was also very good but on Sunday morning many food items had run out. I was also allowed a "late" check-out to accommodate my travel plans.
