The hotel rooms were lovely, we had a 1 bedroom apartment. The only drawback was the pool area was quite small and there were very load building works going on across the road. This meant that you could not relax at all by the pool.

The hotel is fantastic - nice room (one-bedroom suite), nice swimming pool. We didnt have breakfast so I cannot recommend or not. I will not hesitate to stay again in the future.

The room provided was lovely and great value for money. Excellent service at the restaurant downstairs - Le Notre. Staff were helpful.

Excellent value for money considering I was upgraded to a spacious 75sq m one bedroom unit. Well thought out apartment with contemporary interiors in a minimalist style, great view, quiet, all amenities provided such as in-room safe, premium sheets and duvet cover (nice touch), DVD & CD player, 2 TVs, microwave and stove, full sized fridge, cooking utensils, hairdryer & ironing equipment, even a weighing scale (useful for weighing luggage after all that shopping!) etc. Staff were very accomodating, concierge very friendly and ever ready to help. My only gripe was that they could not accomodate the late checkout (2pm) I requested as they were full, but allowed me to store my luggage with the concierge and come back later to pick up, which worked out fine in the end. Location is generally good but bear in mind the 10-15min walk from the nearest BTS station and Central Chidlom. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way though so much to see and do. Another plus in my book - the Lenotre patisserie in the same building is great for breakfast and late nite cravings. I would stay at the Natural Ville again.
