the hotel is in good location and convnience for travel for every corner of bangkok, the food is good , good staff , only problem they must employ some staff who can speak and understand english , since you find a lot of australians and british people checking in to that hotel so thet should be some one who can speak good english.

Exellent breakfast menu and facilities especially if needing to catch an early tour bus. Located central to most places. A bit disappointed in the standard of the bathroom this trip. Hand basin was cracked and the ventilation fan did not work. Meal prices were good but found the hotel bar prices to expensive. One visit was enough. Found all the staff friendly and helpful.

Very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was great, with a good selection to suit everyone. If you need to get a taxi, dont get one from inside the hotel, very expensive. Try walking just out side of the hotel and getting a meter taxi yourself. The BTS Sky Train is not far, however depending on how fast you can walk, it will take you 10 to 15 minutes to get to it.

Very cost effective. Nice & Clean. Free internet in the room - great advantage for business and private travelers!
The room was a little gloomy (nice colors or pics can do the difference).

a fine hotel but there is a dutch televisionchannel called BVN and is availble in many hotels in Thailand but not in the Narai i think it would be nice for dutch travelers to give them the possibillety to see that channel thx
