Relatively new facillity with very good standard. About 10 minutes taxi drive from beach (200 bath). Quiet location with all kind of services (except beach) within walking ditance.

place too far away from the beach to walk... taxi too expensive, no bus available. If you chose this place you should be ready to hire a motorbike

The hotel is really very good, thought far away of the beach, you need a taxi or tuk tuk. Other than that, everything is great
